After one month of work my shop from 8 people become 4..Everyone is leaving the shop..As the job is hard n the pay is also low.. I sat off but when i yeaterday go work my friend at the work place say 1 of our friend quit already.. Now our shop like hunted like that every one is leaving.. My first in charge leave liao now the second in charge become first in charge.. She change alot sia...Yesterday my area big incharge came n say alot of thing..eg:smile more(even outstock the goods from bags..)..put now ur hair..put more makeup..greet people even him although we know who he is n serve him also..WAD THE HELL..
